Return and Refund Policy

Due to the high volume of orders and the overload of shipping partners, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be accepting returns for items ordered in the wrong size or color. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but we must take this step to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service to our customers.

To avoid any inconvenience, please carefully review your order before submitting it. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will only be able to accept changes for orders placed within 1–3 days of the original order date.

We offer returns 14 days max after the customer receives the package.

For any defective products, send us an e-mail at support@sneakerdaily.us for better advice. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item.

We will refund or reship your order at no cost in the following cases:

  • The product itself is flawed
  • Design error: wrong design compared to information provided on our site
  • The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color…

What should you do?

  • For any refund request, you need to report to us within 14 days since you get your items. Please provide us the following information to our support email: support@sneakerdaily.us.
  • Your order/invoice ID
  • In case you get the wrong item/damaged item, please send us a picture of the item you received.
  • Once we evaluate, the refund request will be processed within 1–3 business days. If the request is approved by our team, the refund is expected to arrive in 2–3 business days.

Please Note: We do not process a refund or reship in the following cases:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested); and

Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country’s customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing “delivered” in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).

Return

  • If the item is as described but you want to return the product:
  • To make a return, please e-mail us or use the Contact Us Page, we will send you the return address.
  • Customers must send the package exactly how they received it in mint condition, then send us the receipt and tracking number of the shipment and we will issue a refund.
  • The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Please be informed that a management, processing, transaction, and restock fee (35% of your total order value) will be applied for the return. Once we receive your return, we will issue a partial refund to you after deducting the above fees.

Cancel (if applicable)

  • After making a purchase, customers have 24 hours to request cancellation.
  • Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (25% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
  • After that date, the item will be produced and we can’t support any further.

Refund

  • For PayPal Account: 2–3 business days.
  • For Credit Card Account: 10–14 business days.
  • The exact length of time is dependent on your card issuing bank.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like wrong size problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:
  • Firstly check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Thirdly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • Finally, if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sneakerdaily.us.

1-Year Warranty Against Defects

We offer a 1-year limited warranty for all eligible products purchased from our store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use for 12 months from the delivery date.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Loose soles, broken stitching, or other structural defects
  • Damage due to poor workmanship or substandard materials
  • Premature wear and tear under normal use

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@sneakerdaily.us with:

  • Your order number
  • Description and photo(s) of the issue
  • Proof of purchase

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
