At SneakerDaily, we are committed to delivering premium leather goods and ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds under the following circumstances. If your item arrives in any of these conditions, we will endeavor to refund the full amount of your original order:
- The product is damaged upon arrival.
- The product arrives shattered or broken.
- The product design differs from what was ordered.
- The product size is not as ordered.
- The product material is different from what was ordered.
- You received the incorrect product (e.g., wrong size, color, or model).
- The product is different from its original description on our website.
To be eligible:
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items missing their original tags or packaging.
- Products with minor imperfections such as redundant thread that can be easily trimmed or repaired.
- Final sale or discounted items, unless they are defective.
- Return requests due to change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer.
3. Required Documentation for Refunds
To process your refund or return, please provide the following:
- Your order number.
- Shipping label or receipt.
- Clear evidence of defective or incorrect items (e.g., photos).
- Proof of purchase.
- Any previous correspondence (e.g., email screenshots).
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please contact us at support@sneakerdaily.us with the required information above. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
5. Return Shipping
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other accepted reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
6. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Important Note on Restocking Fees and Original Shipping Costs:
- For returns of orders that have already been shipped and are not due to a fault of SneakerDaily (e.g., customer change of mind, or cases described as “cancellation after shipment” in our Cancellation Policy), a restocking fee of 35% of the order value will be applied.
- Additionally, the original shipping fees paid will not be refunded in these specific cases, as the error is not from our side.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your bank or card issuer—some institutions may require additional processing time.
- If there is still no update, contact us at support@sneakerdaily.us.
8. 1-Year Warranty Against Defects
We offer a 1-year limited warranty for all eligible products purchased from our store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use for 12 months from the delivery date.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Loose soles, broken stitching, or other structural defects
- Damage due to poor workmanship or substandard materials
- Premature wear and tear under normal use
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

- Your order number
- Description and photo(s) of the issue
- Proof of purchase
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
