Processing Time & Shipping Time

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Time (ET)

  • Processing Time: 2 – 7 business days (in regular seasons). During holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.

Cut-off time: 05:00 PM (GMT – 5)

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping Time:

    • United States: 10-18 Business days.

    • Rest of the world: 14-21 Business days.

  • Express Shipping Time:

    • United States: 7-10 Business days.

    • Rest of the world: 10-14 Business days.

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO box addresses.

About Late Deliveries

Our shipping partners strive to ensure you receive your package on time; however, occasional delays do occur. SneakerDaily cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:

    • Severe weather conditions

While we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, we are committed to assisting our customers in tracking their orders and resolving any issues that arise within our capacity.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 2-4 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system and for tracking information to become available.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, it typically means the carrier has not yet processed your package. Once the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
