1. Return Time Frame
All orders are eligible for return within 30 calendar days from the date the tracking status shows successful delivery.
Return requests made after 30 days from the delivery confirmation will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions Within 30 Days
a) Returns Due to Product Defects or Wrong Items
- If your product is defective due to manufacturing faults, or if you received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or model), please take clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Send your evidence along with your return request to support@sneakerdaily.us.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

b) Returns Without Product Defects (Customer’s Change of Mind)
- Customers who want to return items without product defects must send a return request to support@sneakerdaily.us within 30 days.
- Please include photos showing the item you received to help us verify that the correct product was delivered.
- Returns for reasons other than defects or errors on our part will incur a restocking fee of 35% of the order value (excluding shipping fees).
- Return shipping fees in these cases are not refundable and must be paid by the customer.
3. Exchange Policy
We do not support exchanges for incorrect selections such as size, color, or design.
If you wish to change your order, you may cancel it within 6 hours of placing it and place a new order with the correct details.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to process after receiving the returned goods.
- If you do not receive your refund after this period, please contact your payment provider (e.g., PayPal) for further assistance.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placement.
- If the order has already been shipped to the carrier, cancellation will no longer be possible.
- Customers must wait for delivery and then follow the return process outlined above.
6. Important Notes
- Returns and cancellations outside of the specified time frames will not be accepted.

- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
- Please provide a valid and regularly checked email address when placing your order, as all shipping and return communications will be sent via email.
