Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Time Frame

We accept returns for all orders worldwide within 30 days from the date the tracking information shows successful delivery.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

a) Eligible Condition for Returns

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags not removed. Items with missing tags, visible wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.

b) Returns Due to Product Defects or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item (wrong size, model, or color), please send clear photos or videos as evidence to support@sneakerdaily.us.

Our team will review your case within 2 business days and provide a prepaid return label if the return is approved.

For approved defect or wrong-item returns, return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.

c) Returns for Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)

If you decide to return your item for personal reasons not related to product issues, you must submit your request to support@sneakerdaily.us within 30 days.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label will be provided and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

All non-defective returns incur a 35% restocking fee (excluding the original shipping cost).

3. Return Method

Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email containing a downloadable return label. Please print and attach the label to your package before shipping it back.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in USD (United States Dollar) to the original payment method used at checkout.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

If funds do not appear after this period, please contact your payment provider for assistance.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect selections such as size, color, or style.

If you need a different item, you may cancel the order within 6 hours of placing it or submit a return request and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.

If your order has already been shipped to the carrier, cancellation will no longer be possible. You may wait for the package to arrive and follow the return process.

8. Important Notes

All returns must be approved before shipping items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Please use a valid email address when placing your order, as all return and shipping communication will be sent via email.
