Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time & Shipping Time
We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, GMT), excluding public holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a few additional days.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Time (does not include processing time)
Standard Shipping:
- United States: 7–15 business days.
- Europe & United Kingdom: 4–10 business days.
- Rest of the world: 12–21 business days.
Express Shipping:
- United States: 5–9 business days.
- Europe & United Kingdom: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of the world: 7–12 business days.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
- Standard flat rates: $6.99 for UK & Europe · $16.99 for the rest of the world.
- Express Shipping: $25 for all orders.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $79.99.
Shipping Carrier
For orders to the United States, we ship via USPS. For Europe and the United Kingdom, shipments are sent via DHL. For all other countries, we partner with reputable local carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
About Late Deliveries
Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for the carrier to scan and update tracking information. If no tracking updates appear yet, the carrier has not processed your package at that stage — this is normal and updates will follow.
