3. How to Request an Exchange

  • A short explanation of the issue

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return and a prepaid shipping label if eligible.

4. Exchange Process

  • For eligible items, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

5. Exchanging for a Different Product

If you want to exchange for a different product (e.g., different model or color), please:

  1. Return the original item according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

6. Processing Time

We will process your exchange within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

You will receive a confirmation email once the replacement item has been shipped.
